Jane Douglas serves as the National Coordinator ... of the Accord-Bridge Foundation, bringing extensive experience from both the public and private sectors of the Nigerian economy. While her professional roots are in for-profit environments, her true passion lies in empowering women and girls to achieve self-sustainability. For over a decade, Jane has dedicated her time and resources to community- driven skills acquisition programmes across Nigeria, positively impacting countless lives. Her unwavering commitment has been instrumental in advancing the foundation’s mission, where she plays a key role in driving strategic initiatives and fostering meaningful change. Known for her compassion and collaborative spirit, Jane actively mentors young women and girls, empowering them to reach their full potential. She believes in the transformative power of collective effort and continues to champion initiatives that create lasting, positive change in the communities she serves.

Barr. Abiemwense Ize-Omoruyi
Secretary

A Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme... Court of Nigeria, she brings extensive experience from her years of service in the Nigerian Public Service. Known for her collaborative approach, she thrives on working with people and offering innovative solutions to challenges. For over a decade, she has been deeply committed to humanitarian causes, dedicating her time and resources to initiatives that drive social impact. As the Secretary to the Board of Trustees of the Accord-Bridge Foundation, she plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth governance and strategic direction of the organisation.

Mariam Chukwuemeka
Programme Coordinator

Mariam Chukwuemeka serves as the Programme ... Coordinator for the Accord- Bridge Foundation, overseeing the planning, execution, and monitoring of all foundation programmes. With extensive experience in IT project planning and implementation, customer service, and organisational development, she brings a strategic and solutions-driven approach to her role. Mariam’s career spans technical operations, project management, and technology business management, culminating in her expertise as a consultant. She holds a Master’s Degree in Electronic Business Management, which underpins her ability to integrate technology and innovation into impactful programme coordination.

Peter Isangedighi
Field Operations Manager

Peter Isangedighi is a senior public servant ... with extensive experience in facilitating project implementation, support, and training within the public sector. Over the past two decades, he has consistently delivered effective solutions both within government operations and through external engagements. Before joining the Accord-Bridge Foundation, Peter actively volunteered for community service with various organisations and led several field-based projects, including offering extra-mural tutoring to underprivileged individuals in communities across Nigeria. Deeply committed to empowering women and alleviating poverty, Peter has personally sponsored numerous skills acquisition programmes that have transformed the lives of many young women. His philanthropic efforts, particularly in supporting women’s economic independence, bring him what he describes as “inner joy.” At the Foundation, he oversees the coordination of all field operations, ensuring impactful and sustainable interventions for target communities.

Geoffrey Akueche
Head, Administration and Finance

Geoffrey Akueche serves as the Head of Administration and Finance... at Accord-Bridge Foundation, bringing 15 years of robust administrative experience to the role. He oversees the foundation’s daily logistics, manages administrative support, and ensures seamless implementation of its operations. Beyond his professional responsibilities, Geoffrey is a dedicated volunteer with organisations focused on alleviating poverty. He is passionate about creating positive change and hopes his work with Accord-Bridge Foundation will inspire more men to champion humanitarian causes, particularly those aimed at empowering women and girls.
