Accord-Bridge Foundation’s Teenpreneur Programme continues to inspire and equip young girls with the tools they need to succeed in the world of entrepreneurship. This year, we engaged students of Government Girls Secondary School Orominieke, Port-Harcourt. The initiative provided personalised mentorship, hands-on training, and a nurturing environment for girls to explore their entrepreneurial potential. The programme focused on innovation, goal-setting, and building resilience, empowering participants to turn their ideas into viable business ventures.
Throughout the academic session, we worked closely with the students, ensuring that they received practical knowledge in business development, financial literacy, and marketing strategies. The programme also emphasised the importance of social responsibility, encouraging the young entrepreneurs to create businesses that not only generate income but also contribute positively to their communities.
Many participants have since started their own small businesses, creating ripple effects of empowerment that extend beyond the individual to their families and communities. This initiative remains a testament to our commitment to nurturing the next generation of female entrepreneurs, helping them break free from the cycle of poverty and build a brighter future.
