In February 2018, Accord-Bridge Foundation implemented a Livelihood Empowerment Programme in Aleyita, a suburban community in Abuja. The programme focused on equipping women with practical skills in the production of liquid soap, bleach, and house cleaning disinfectants.
These skills were complemented by comprehensive business training, access to financial services, and opportunities to connect with peers within the community. As a result, several women have successfully launched their own small businesses, driving economic growth and fostering self-reliance within their community.
