International Day of the Girl 2017

As part of the 2017 International Day of the Girl celebrations, under the theme “EmPOWER Girls: Before, During, and After Crises,” Accord-Bridge Foundation conducted an interactive session at Comprehensive Secondary School, Mgbuosimini, Port-Harcourt. The session is designed to align with our Teenpreneur Programme, which focuses on equipping young girls with the skills, mentorship, and support needed to transition into successful entrepreneurs.

During the session, students engaged in discussions on innovation, goal-setting, and overcoming challenges unique to girls. The event provided a platform to inspire the girls to pursue their dreams and become change-makers in their communities. Through this initiative, we aim to empower these young girls to become confident, capable leaders who will contribute positively to their communities and beyond.
